Compliance and Ethics
Galichia Medical Group PA., ("GMed") its affiliates and subsidiaries are dedicated to conducting business honestly and ethically where ever GMed operates in the world. In order to live up to this commitment, GMed has set forth principles and rules to be followed by all Covered Persons and other individuals who work with GMed. This handbook, along with the related Galichia Medical Group Code of Conduct, shall serve to familiarize new Covered Persons with the ethical standards that guide our business and patient relationships in our highly regulated environment. For existing employees, it shall reaffirm our commitment to ethical behavior in all that we do. Conduct in violation of these principles and rules is beyond the scope of an employee's job and may lead to serious sanctions, including termination.
What is included here cannot, nor was it intended to cover every situation you may encounter. When the best course of action is unclear, we urge you to seek the guidance of your manager/director, a member of the Corporate Compliance Committee, or the Corporate Compliance Officer. We have designated GMed's Quality Management Department, assisted by our legal counsel, to administer the Compliance Program outlined in this handbook.
Remember - no illegal or unethical conduct is in GMed’s interest or yours.
