This agreement is entered into and performed in the State of Kansas, United States of America, and is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to the rules governing conflicts of laws. In any claim or action directly arising under this agreement or relating to the Web Site, each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of either a state or federal court sitting in the City of Wichita, Sedgwick County, State of Kansas, whichever shall have subject matter jurisdiction. Each party waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such court.

If any of the provisions of this agreement are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction not to be enforceable, then such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to its subject matter, and it may not be modified except as provided herein. Anything contained in the Web Site contrary to the terms of this agreement is superseded by the terms of this agreement.
